If you are
having problems with displaying our shopping cart
(i.e., "Page Cannot Be Displayed"), try going to Settings, then
Control Panel, then Internet Properties, and (1) Delete Files under
Temporary Internet Files and (2) Clear History under History.
This seems to clear up the problem in most cases. If not,
email us with your order information and we can run it through our
landline credit card machine.
If you are
having credit card error problems, make
sure that you have selected the appropriate credit card
type and double check that all numbers are accurately
entered with no dashes. If you are still having problems,
email us with your order information and we can run it through our
landline machine.
Once your
order goes through, you will automatically receive two emails
confirming that your order has been placed and charged to your
credit card. We will send a third email later to let you know
when your order has been shipped. After submitting your order, check your
email--if you did not receive the
first two order confirmations, it was not received on our end
and your credit card was not charged.
